Who are the big Institutions?
One of the biggest institutions in the music magazine business is the Bauer Media Group. They publish both Q and Kerrang magazine. According to "wikipedia" the Bauer Media Group sells "38 million magazine's a week" worldwide from around 282 different magazine titles. Its safe to say that the Bauer Group dominates the global market for magazines.
